Welcome to Video Caption Maker.

This is a tool for making captions into a video. If you don't know how to make video captions, you can use this as well.

Instructions:
1. Press the green flag, or press space and choose "New".
2. Click below the ruler to add a caption text into the timestamp. If you click on the caption text, you can edit it, or delete it.
3. Enter the text for the caption.
4. Enter the amount of time for the caption text to last.
5. Repeat the steps 2-4 until you're done.
6. Press space to bring up the options menu, then choose "Save into database" if you wish to continue working later, or choose "Export as SRT" to export as SRT file, for play in media players. This requires JS.
7. If you want to continue working, choose "Load from database" in the menu.

Notes:
- This project does not require JS, but you need JS to export SRT (SubRip). See code, then choose the settings icon, then choose the option to enable JS.
- It may lag a lot if there are too many caption texts.

CHANGELOG
0.4 - Added SRT import.
0.3 - Reduced lag by not rendering out-of-bounds items, extended zoom range, extended length limits for individual captions, and colors of bars are unique, for fun :).
0.2 - Added icons to the menu (but currently only for the main menu). Added "about" in the main menu. Made "click" to be more detailed, plus a message when you click in the wrong way.
0.1 - Initial release.

CREDITS
- Thanks to https://fonts.google.com/icons for the icons for the menus.
