All But _ of list Block

all but first of 'list' block but with some added options.

all but first: removes first item from list

all but last: removes last item from list

all but ends: removes ends from list
(ex: a,b,c -> b)

all but interior: basically a reverse of all but ends
(ex: a,b,c -> a,c)

this block is extremely basic, so feel free to use without permission or credit.
