bad vhs effect

i'm not sure how the osd will show up on other systems cause i use a weird monospace font* by modern standards and (for example) i don't know if the symbols might render as emojis for some people or if the text might be the wrong size and go offscreen

*Fairfax HD by KreativeKorp it's pretty cool it has a ton of conlang writing systems and stuff in the private use areas but also i just think it looks nice
