Animate a name

This might be the first onboarding SNAP projects for Scratch users.

It's the classic "animate your name project" that is one of the first project for many Scratchers.

I have included use of the Stretch block, which I feel should be a 'broadly inviting' and fun block for Scratchers to use in their projects.
