jitter ziggle painter

A Jackson Pollock trips over his paint tins image generator.
My starting idea was jitter x and y functions, theses lead to a downward path generator using x: jitter. Then after about five seconds of deep introspection about the meaning of monads and cheese, I came up with my constant painter.
If you watch it long enough you could miss the opportunity to write some useful code.
