Multi-branched conditional (reporter version)

This is the reporter version of the "cases" block in the multi-branch conditional. It generally checks the first condition and if true reports the value, otherwise checks the second condition, and if true reports the value, otherwise the third, then the 4th, 5th, etc. until the end.

For use in projects, see code, press the file menu, then choose "Export blocks".
