Is this too dark for Scratch?

This is a poetry generating program that I transcribe to Scratch from the original BASIC language.

my tester in real life said it was too dark for the youngest people on Scratch so I'm looking for a second option.

I also wanted to try the printing options on Snap but that turned out to be a little frustrating.

The Scratch version uses an interesting font from Scratch but it did not convert.

Original program: From Tom Hartnell's "Giant book of computer games" (1983) called Amaneunis.
