Custom Reporter Study

Very simple study of the issue with custom reporters.  In this case the conditions change during the execution of the if statement.  What is true at the start of the if statement is not true at the end of the if statement.  

If you modify the "Both are red" custom block by putting the script inside of a warp block then the result will be different.  Strange but true.
