The "fine" sliders control the the pitch of the oscillator in cents (100th of a semitone), compared to the base frequency of the note.
The "waveform" sliders control the shape of the oscillator.
"osc 2-3 mix" and "osc 2-3 volume" control the loudness of oscillators 2 and 3. The volumes of both oscillators should add up to the osc 2-3 volume slider, and the mix slider controls which oscillator is the loudest.
The "attack", "decay", and "release" sliders are measured in milliseconds.
